ISDEFE HORIZON NETWORK
Defense and Security Observatory
The purpose of the Defence and Security Observatory of Isdefe's Horizons Network is to analyse and evaluate the trends, innovations and technological advances that impact the defence and security sphere in order to anticipate changes in emerging technologies that could influence strategy, operations and capabilities in these sectors, as well as to identify risks and opportunities in order to strengthen Isdefe's work to respond swiftly to the challenges of the General State Administration in this sector.
