<\/a>Isdefe’s IDEAS challenge<\/a> of Isdefe <\/a>has celebrated its 10th anniversary. On the occasion of such a special occasion, the company has conducted a series of interviews with some of the winners of the first nine editions. <\/p>\n\n

Through the testimonials of its employees, Isdefe <\/strong>reviews the highlights of this initiative that, since its inception, has received 228 proposals from more than 250 participants. From the prize of the first edition of the Isdefe’s IDEAS challenge<\/strong>, a pen that its winners keep with special affection, to becoming a proposal that allows employees to contribute value to the company, its customers and society. <\/p>\n\n
