Internal R&D project
The main objective of Isdefe’s internal R&D project Methodological Design of a Global Asset and Cargo Control System (PRS4ASMON) is to study the feasibility, development and validation of a secure opening and positioning control system for cargo/assets of value to the AGE using secure Galileo services (PRS+Secondary communication channel). And the feasibility study of the solution based on PRS+Additional channel, including the control center of the loads with global coverage through the use of military satellites (Spain-Sat and Xtar-EU) was carried out.
The project was developed by a team coordinated by Alejandro Girón Vara of Isdefe’s Space and Technology Centers Department.
