Internal R&D project
The internal R&D project of Isdefe, Ecosistema Metodológico Estructurado Global para la Seguridad Pública (EMEGEWEA ) has a dual objective:
- Define and design a Global Structured Methodological Ecosystem (GSME) in the field of Public Security to obtain “tailored intelligence” based on the considered threat and time frame, which facilitates making efficient decisions.
- Provide Public Security Officials with a tool for critical reflection and systematic and systemic planning of operations and capability acquisition.
The conclusions and recommendations of this R&D&I work will enable, from the operational to the strategic level, to enhance and optimize the response capacity of the General State Administration (AGE) to the Security Challenges faced by today’s society.
The project was developed by a team coordinated by Juan Carlos Iravedra Bellosta and Raquel Pastor Pastor from the Directorate of Technologies for Defense and Security of Isdefe.
