The European R & D project Developing Skills and Capabilities for Innovative Air Mobility (AIRMOB) is co-funded by the European Commission under the ERASMUS 2027 programme, under grant agreement number 101194074.
AIRMOB aims to improve the skills and capacities of the Innovative Air Mobility sector through the creation of regional Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) across 5 European countries with strong potential in the IAM sector: Portugal, Spain, Italy, Türkiye and Ireland.
The project gathers relevant partners of the IAM ecosystems at national and transnational levels (vocational educational training providers, universities, companies/industry, service providers, regulatory authorities, public authorities, and technology providers, among others) ensuring optimal conditions for collaboration towards an “upwards convergence”, including the provision of excellent VET aligned with the needs of the IAM emerging community, the design of joint curricula, professional development of teachers and trainers, internships, mobilities,…
