Isdefe closed the 2024 Plenary of its Horizon Network eld on December 4 in its auditorium (Calle Beatriz de Bobadilla, 3). This event has served, once again, to reflect on the foresight and future trends of the General State Administration (AGE).
Francisco Quereda, CEO of Isdefe, was in charge of opening the day. Ildefonso Vera, director del director of the Innovation, Processes and Digital Transformation Department, presented the day’s agenda, followed by Jesús Alonso, director of Business Development, who outlined the main lines of technological foresight within the Horizon Network.
The meeting continued with the presentation of the key aspects of the foresight reports prepared by the universities that make up Isdefe’s hub. The presentations were made by the spokespersons of each of the centers. This was followed by a colloquium entitled ‘Foresight in the AGE: a tool for anticipating challenges, improving decision-making and designing policies’.
The conclusions of the conference were presented by Jesús Alonso, together with the latest developments in the network and its roadmap for 2025. Finally, Lieutenant General Miguel Ivorra, Director General of Strategy and Innovation of the Defense Industry of the Ministry of Defense, closed the event with a call for knowledge transfer and the promotion of open innovation in Spain.
