Systems Engineering Agreement
Isdefe is a member of the advisory board of INCOSE (International Council on Systems Engineering), the international organization that develops and disseminates systems engineering principles and best practices, as well as of its Spanish chapter, AEIS (Asociación Española de Ingeniería de Sistemas).
Isdefe is currently collaborating with the University of Arizona (USA) through Dr. Alejandro Salado.
Lines of research:
With the aim of positioning Isdefe as a national benchmark in systems engineering, as well as training its staff, the Systems Engineering and Program Management Observatory of Isdefe's Horizons Network focuses its activity on three main lines of action:

- Systems engineering campus, with various training programs in the discipline.
- Organization of conferences and workshops on systems engineering and program management, with a particular focus on their application in defense.
- Publications and notebooks on systems engineering in collaboration with prestigious international authors.
