IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS.
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
PURPOSE AND BASIS OF LEGITIMACY OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA
Isdefe informs you that it processes the personal data provided to us through the consultations and different forms contained in our web pages, necessary to manage contractual relations, offer interested parties, service providers and third parties in general information about activities or services related to Isdefe and, specifically, to:

The personal data that could be collected directly from the person concerned will be treated confidentially and will be incorporated into the corresponding processing activity owned by ISDEFE.
Among the categories of data processed, we find the following:

- Personal data obtained through the form for the personnel selection process.
- Personal data obtained through the Ethics Mailbox.
- The personal data to meet any of the rights set out in Article 12 and following of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of the aforementioned processing or to determine the possible liabilities that may arise from the different purposes and the different types of data, or as long as they are necessary to respond to requests or requests made.

YOUR RIGHTS AND ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, of limitation and opposition to their processing, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, before Ingeniería de Sistemas para la Defensa de España, S.A., S.M.E., M.P. (ISDEFE), using the form for the exercise of rights.
You can also send an email to the email address protecciondatos@isdefe.es, or in writing to the postal address of ISDEFE (Beatriz de Bobadilla nº 3, 28040 Madrid) to the attention of the “Committee for the Protection of Personal Data”.
The request must include: name and surname of the interested party; number of your National Identity Card, passport or other valid identification document of the interested party and, where appropriate, of his representative, as well as proof of representation; address for notification purposes and specification of the purpose of the request.
Your personal data will be processed by ISDEFE in order to give an effective response or provide the requested services.
You may also exercise your right to revoke the consent given, and to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, if you consider that the rights of the person concerned have been violated.

COMPLAINTS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
In the event that the data subject considers that there is a problem or infringement of the regulations in force in the way in which his/her personal data is being processed, he/she will have the right to effective judicial protection and to file a complaint before a supervisory authority.
